Looking for trim/finish/edging between kitchen worktop and wall

Hi All,
not sure what the best word for this is, but it is about the corner between the kitchen worktop and the wall. I know that in the UK, often only silicone sealing is used. In Germany, we often have these 2-part systems, where one part is screwed to the kitchen top (this has the seals to wall and kitchen top, and then this is covered with the 'fancy' part. It can also be used as a cable duct.
This is a picture (you can see how the outer bit is clipped to the base part).

Material is some kind of PVC/plastic.
I have searched a lot already, but haven't found anything closely related. We ideally need it wood coloured to match the worktop (wood) and the tiles of the wall.
Any tips/hints/suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Kind Regards,
Andre

You might have to buy it in Germany. It is almost certainly PVC.0

To be fair, the one's we have are probably 30 years old as well 😂 But they still look totally fine and just match the colours in our kitchen. However, we have a job done in the kitchen now and don't have anymore of this, so we need some form of replacement (covering the screw holes of the current one).
Thanks for pointing out, I guess you mean the real-wood ones: https://www.ikea.com/gb/en/p/hansbyn-wall-edging-strip-birch-90489005/#content
I think I'll also have a look at small skirting at Wickes, B&Q, etc.

Thanks. They're a bit too high, but I'll look in more detail. And a new term to search for I didn't know before :-)ButterCheese said:Have you looked at kitchen upstands/ https://www.diy.com/kitchen/kitchen-worktops/kitchen-upstands.cat0 -
Thanks, that looks promising!grumpy_codger said:Some designs of plastic skirting board are very close to what you want:0 -
Blimey - a blast from t'past! When I used to fit kitchens some 40 years ago, Rehau worktop upstand was a popular thing. Base strip simply pinned to the worktop, and trim clipped into place. Decent stuff, but nasty end caps

A search gives this, tho' you'd need to find a supplier:

The Rehau UK head office is in Ross on Wye.
I would presume they can not sell you single items, but they maybe can point you to a stockist.Business to business in Ross-on-Wye, EnglandHill Court, Ross-on-Wye HR9 5QN · 96 miOpen · Closes 16:30 · More hours1
