Recently changed to EDF for my home energy.
I assumed the new energy supplier would add the cashback to my account.
On contacting EDF I was informed the switching supplier pays the cashback.
Could anyone confirm who pays.

There is a corresponding entry in my bank account statement.If you've switched through any other method/site/solution/way you'll need to look at how the cashback was going to be applied as per that service.0
