Cashback

Recently changed to EDF for my home energy.
I assumed the new energy supplier would add the cashback to my account.
On contacting EDF I was informed the switching supplier pays the cashback.
Could anyone confirm who pays.

The mind is like a parachute. It doesn’t work unless it’s open.:o

Generally through the energy club the club pays you.

When I last used the Energy Club I had an email c. 60 days after switching:

There is a corresponding entry in my bank account statement.

If you've switched through any other method/site/solution/way you'll need to look at how the cashback was going to be applied as per that service.
