Kent Reliance change nominated account problems!

Greetings,
I opened a 1 yr Fixed Rate Bond with this institution a little while ago, believing it to be UK based.
A relatively short time later, I did a bank switch of my main current account using CASS. I then attempted to change my nominated account (the account my 1 yr bond is linked to), and was informed that I needed to upload a bank statement from my new current account. I was sure that somewhere it said that the statement must include my home address, but cannot currently find where it says that!
Unfortunately after looking at my new current account, I cannot find any statements so far (maybe there will be one after 1 full month) but what if it does not contain my address, and what if I don't want to disclose the transactions listed? (What business is it of theirs!).
Also, something i've learned may make all this moot. The redirection facility, is this reliable?
I'm asking this here, as I had no trouble changing my nominated account with other UK-based institutions, they simply sent a code through the post which I was subsequently required to enter online.
Thanks in advance for any thoughts.

usually your statement will include your address so I would just wait the month and see and when I changed my bank my old bank told me not to worry as they do have a system in place for any payments that come in to your old account - however you will be fine once you get a statement for your new bank - that is standard practice

As the poster above said, your statement will include your address, so don't worry.
As to sending them the full statement, I wouldn't get overly worried about them seeing all the transactions, unless you are money laundering or funding an illegal cartel, I wouldn't worry about it

I see,But If I did not update the nominated account, it would be transferred to my new account automatically?0
