TERMS AND CONDITIONS for “ABSOLUTE RADIO THREE DART CHALLENGE WITH WICKES TRADEPRO: WIN A £1,000 GIFT CARD TO SPEND AT WICKES” (the “Competition”).

These terms and conditions (the “Specific Terms”) for the Competition should be read alongside our general competition terms and conditions at: http://www.bauerlegal.co.uk/radio-competition-terms.html (the “General Terms”) which will also apply to this Competition. Where there is any conflict between these Specific Terms and the General Terms, the Specific Terms shall prevail. 

1.Entry ROUTES and Costs	Entries are restricted to one (1) per person (“Entrant”). Entry to the Competition is available via the following routes: This is a competition across the Absolute Radio Network of radio stations: Online at: 1. 2.COMPETITION MECHANIC AND HOW TO WIN	ONLINE COMPETITION There will be one (1) (“Winner”) of the (“Competition”). (“Entrants”) must enter through the relevant websites (see 1. Entry Routes and costs). The Entrant must select one of the Absolute Radio (“Presenters”) listed who they think will throw the biggest score using three darts and then the Entrant must enter their details. The Presenter they select will count as their entry into this competition. The Entrant is not allowed to enter more than once and can only select one Presenter. If an Entrant does enter more than once, then only their first entry will be considered, all others will be disregarded. The Presenter that scores the highest by throwing only three darts will win for their Entrants (“Successful Entrants”). Successful Entrants will then be pooled and the Winner will be chosen by electronic random draw either once all Presenters listed have completed their throws and scores recorded or, by 4pm on 28/01/2026 (The Competition Period End Time if 11:59 PM on 18/01/2025.) All Entrant entries must be recorded prior to the broadcast of any scores of the Presenters to ensure fairness. The breakfast production team must be able to bring the selected Winner to air by means of a phone call between 19/02/2025 until 30/01/2026 between 06:00 AM – 10:00 AM, this may be pre-recorded in advanced at the discretion of the production team. If the Winner indicates that they are unavailable or if we do not hear from the Winner by 12pm on 29/01/2026, then they will forfeit the Prize, and another Successful Entrant will be by electronic random draw as the Winner. The Winner will then be announced on 30/01/2026 on the breakfast show. Eligible Presenters include: · Dave Berry · Richie Firth · Andy Bush · Danielle Perry · Leona Graham · Ben Burrell · Jon Richardson · Matt Forde · Matt Dyson · Dan Noble · Sophie K · Sarah Champion · Ben Coley · Andrea Fox · Claire Sturgess · Jay Lawrence · Angela Barnes Entrants will be notified if any presenter is deemed unable to participate (“Absent Presenter”) due to illness or other means out of the hands of the Absolute Radio production team. In this event, member of the production team – which will be clearly announced on the Dave Berry Breakfast Show during the Competition Period – will take the place of the Absent Presenter and their score will account for them.
3. ENTRY PERIOD	The (“Competition Period”) starts at 00:01 AM on 08/01/2026 (the “Start Time”) and ends 11:59PM on 18/01/2026 (the “End Time”). Entries received before the Start Time or after the End Time during the Competition Period will be invalid.  The online winner details are available by contacting win@bauermedia.co.uk
4. ENTRY RESTRICTIONS	Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over on date of entry. One entry per person. Bauer employees (and their family members) or employees of any company involved in the Competition, including any Prize Provider, are not permitted to enter. If you or any other person at your household has won a prize valued at £500 or more on any Bauer brand in the past 6 months, you nor they are not eligible to enter or win this competition. 5. THE PRIZE	THE COMPETITION There will be one (1) Winner of the Competition. The Winner shall receive the following prize (the “Prize”): · 1 x £1000 Wickes In-Store Gift Card The Prize is provided by Wickes (the “Prize Provider”). Proof of identification and address will need to be provided to Bauer Media Group. The winner’s name, phone number, email and address will be cross checked against the Bauer Winner Database and only once they pass the criteria, they will be deemed the winner of the competition, and the prize will be sent by the Prize Provider, in this case by mail.  Use of a false name will result in disqualification. 1. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and there is no cash alternative. Wickes reserves the right to substitute the Prize with one of equal or greater value at any time. 2. Any changes to the prize draw will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by Wickes. 3. Entrants who sign up to the Wickes marketing can opt out at any time. All marketing content which is sent to entrants will have an opt-out link within the content. 4. The Winner(s) will receive their prize by gift card. If the gift card remains inactive for 24 months or more, it will be cancelled and any balance forfeited. An inactive card is a card which has not been used for any purchase, refund or top up. The Prize is provided by Wickes, and we are not responsible for any aspect of the Prize, including unsatisfactory quality or late delivery. Prizing may be sent by Wickes and take up to 28 days after the quarter ends, that being from 31/03/2026 in this quarter period.

1. DATA PROTECTION. Names, email addresses, and /or telephone numbers (which, for all SMS competitions, will be shared with our SMS provider) will be collected and used to process entries. Winner’s details may be given to a Prize Provider to arrange delivery of the prize. Your details may remain stored after the End Date but will not be used for marketing unless you have ticked an opt-in box on entry. For SMS entries you automatically consent to receive marketing. You may opt out at any time by texting the word STOP to the relevant text shortcode number. If you have opted in to receive marketing communications, then your details will be used in accordance with the information given when you ticked the opt-in box and gave your consent. 1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONSENTS. By entering this Competition, you are consenting to our use of your entry both to publicise this Competition, our radio station or any other radio station which we own or control. This means that we may use all names, images, descriptions, photographs video footage, and other information, which you have submitted on entry, in any media, without paying you any remuneration therefore and without any time restriction. You also agree that we may film, record or photograph you in connection with the competition and /or the Prize if applicable. We will own these films, recordings or photographs and we may use them publicly, including on the internet, for our radio broadcasts and/or for any promotional purposes. You will also have waived any moral rights or right to payment that you may have had.

1. MISCELLANEOUS.

• Entries which do not comply with these Terms or the General Competition Terms and Conditions will not be accepted and any entries may be disqualified if we have any reason to suspect that there is a breach of, or non-compliance with, these Terms.
• Where a competition mechanic involves the answering of questions, the correct answers to questions must match our answers to win (or be sufficiently close in our sole reasonable opinion) to be acceptable. In the event of any dispute about any answers given and whether they are correct, we reserve the right to amend what we deem a correct answer, however we are not obliged to, and our decision in either case is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• We are not responsible if you fail to get through when you call / text to enter, or if you lose signal during a call.
• You are responsible for all costs of entry and where necessary, obtaining the bill payer’s permission. Please refer to your tariff with your network provider for information about charges you may incur for entry into our competitions via any SMS or phone call entry route.
• We accept no liability for network, technical or signal errors, issues or failures experienced by entrants when entering the competition or at any stage during the mechanic of the competition.
• Whilst on-air, you must not make any inappropriate, profane, indecent, harmful or offensive statements. If you do so we reserve the right to take you off-air immediately and disqualify you from the competition. You may be also disqualified from the competition at any time if you are incomprehensible, inaudible or if you appear to be driving, intoxicated or likely to offend listeners. Any prize already won may be withdrawn and re-awarded to another entrant.
• As far as it is lawful to do so we exclude our liability for any losses suffered in connection with the Competition or any element of the Prize.

We may cancel, end or suspend the Competition where we are required to do so in circumstances outside our control. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any stage during the Competition if such amendment is necessary to facilitate the administration of the Competition.
