AIM shares held in ISA - Business Property Relief?

I’m embarking on one of those periodic “sorting things out” jobs and am looking at wills, SIPPs, ISAs and the like.
With regard to BPR for AIM shares held for at least 2 years, do shares within what I would call a ‘normal’ Stocks and Shares ISA or SIPP with (say) HL or AJB, qualify for the relief?
A long time ago, I decided to invest modest amounts in several AIM companies and purchased some in my ISA and some in my SIPP.
Although none of the holdings is currently showing any sort of capital gain, one needs to keep the faith!
Even though it’s unlikely that any of them will ever tip the IHT ‘scales’, I thought it best to check my facts and if appropriate, start keeping some additional records.
Thanks

My understanding is that everything inside ISAs is outside scope for tax so don't need to be reported for income tax or CGT liability, conversely anything inside wouldn't qualify for any reliefs either.Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.0

Yes AIM shares held in an ISA for the qualifying period attracts BPR.I’m embarking on one of those periodic “sorting things out” jobs and am looking at wills, SIPPs, ISAs and the like.

A triple whammy of potential tax benefits if you can find successful performing AIM companies that do not eventually get promoted to the senior markets prior to death- see below

Isas aren't exempt from Inheritance Tax though.jimjames said:My understanding is that everything inside ISAs is outside scope for tax so don't need to be reported for income tax or CGT liability, conversely anything inside wouldn't qualify for any reliefs either.
Octopus offers an, "AIM inheritance tax isa" to take advantage of BPR. You need to buy shares in qualifying companies, though:
"Not all AIM companies are eligible for BPR however. To qualify, a company must be a trading company carrying out the majority of its business in the UK. Businesses trading in land or securities, or receiving a substantial amount of income from letting property or land, are excluded. Also, it must not be listed on another recognised stock exchange." Note that for IHT BPR AIM listed shares are considered unlisted.
