i followed the website closely and even used the templates provided, i got a list back of all my charges then added them up and sent the next letter in where they basicly sent letter back saying what was happening and how it going through the courts etc etc, and that once it all sorted they will then choose to look at the complaint then but said how charges are lawful blah blah blah.
what i want to know is do i send the next letter off now or do i wait until after the 14 january when we will know more after the court date???
