• The prize is a two-night stay for two at The View Hotel, Eastbourne, in a standard double bedroom, including breakfast each morning. Seaview or balcony rooms are not included but can be added for an additional supplement.
• To enter, entrants must complete the entry form on the competition page.
• Only one entry per person will be entered into the prize draw.
• Competition closes at 23:59 on 1 February 2026. Any requests after this will not be included in the prize draw.
• Winner will be selected at random from all entries received and verified by Promoter.
• Winner will be randomly selected and contacted by 3 February 2026 via the email provided as part of their entry. The winner must respond to confirm acceptance of their prize by 8 February 2026. Failure to respond by this date will result in forfeiting the prize and another winner being chosen.
• The prize is subject to availability, must be booked in advance, and must be used by 4 December 2026. The prize cannot be taken on: Bank Holidays, 20 – 27 June 2026, 1 July – 30 August.
• No travel, drinks, extra meals, or incidental expenses are included.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods and services.
• Visa, passport validity and other travel requirements are the winner’s responsibilities. Travel expenses are at the winner’s own cost.   
• The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
• Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.  Data will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other Social Network. 
• VisitEastbourne‘s decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.
• VisitEastbourne shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
• VisitEastbourne also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
