Claim Form from DCBL

Hi all, last year I parked at Manchester Salford Quays by the McDonald’s and did not see any signage for parking
Few months later, had a letter from Euro Car Parks stating I owed money, I ignored it and now I’ve received a claim form stating that I need to pay £269. Help please.

DCBL  dont issue claim forms, DCB LEGAL do, on behalf of ECP

study the second post in the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum

Post the Issue date from the top right of the claim form below

Post a redacted picture of the POC from the lower left of the claim form below after hiding the VRM details first

NO DOUBT that DCBL added a FAKE AMOUNT which they call DAMAGES ?
    WHAT RUBBISH.
SUCH RUBBISH has resulted in DCBL discontinue 748 claims, MANY regarding EURO.  WHY ?  Judges know it is rubbish  and DCBL wasting the courts time and yours.
DCBL are misleading you and the court and that is why they discontinue before they get spanked by a judge whereby you can claim costs.

Whatever you do, DO NOT be sucked into letters offereing a discount. It's the first sign. BE PATIENT DCBL will discontinue

And play this game, it's fun

No help really needed. So easy!

Usual generic Claim Form, DCB Legal.

Use the template defence & follow the 8 steps in the Template Defence sticky thread.

    Weeks or months delay.

    Get on with life.

Usual form-filling to choose your court.

    Mediation (joke) phone call.

    Weeks or months delay.

    Get on with life.

Hearing date in about a year from now.

    Discontinued before the hearing.

Scam over. No risk, no CCJ.
