Does make me wonder whether your partner has other plans in their mind. Sometimes people make changes in preparation for other changes they may wish to make in the future. Of course this may be totally incorrect, but it might be wise to have a conversation to understand their feelings and may be help with anything they may want to achieve. The comments I post are personal opinion. Always refer to official information sources before relying on internet forums. If you have a problem with any organisation, enter into their official complaints process at the earliest opportunity, as sometimes complaints have to be started within a certain time frame.0
