Good result: Amtech warranty replacement

I bought an amtech 12V air compressor from my local hardware shop. It came with a 3 year warranty.
I got home and went to use it but it died after 2 minutes. "Oh dear" I thought.
Anyway, I went inside and registered the warranty and put in a claim. A few days later*, a new compressor arrived through the mail.
No questions, no challenges, nothing. Just sent me a replacement right away. Didn't even ask for the broken one to be sent back.
