Extended warranty lack of documentation

I recently bought a dehumidifier from Meaco dehumidifiers (appears to be "Love Shopping Direct Ltd" although not on email or invoice). When I ordered on the product page it showed '3 year warranty' however this was not shown on the invoice or order acknowledgement email. My question is around not having proof of an extended warranty (or the terms) if I need to claim, does anyone know how this would work?

Thanks @visidigi I have now registered. Strange that despite two emails back and forth with customer service (before getting your reply) they said basically "no further documentation is available but don't worry it's all fine" rather than pointing me to the warranty registration process!0
