Paid for wrong car park APCOA

Just wondering if anyone has had any success using POPLA after an unsuccessful appeal to APCOA. I paid for my parking on the app, but I selected the wrong car park because there were three and I was in a rush to buy my train ticket. So yes, I didn't pay to park in the car park but I did pay to park in A car park, so they haven't lost out on any money and I wasn't out to mislead anyone or not pay.

No worries but you will not succeed at POPLA if you have already appealed as admitted driver. Did you already appeal and do that? Hope not.
And is it a PN or a PCN?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I paid it because I was too scared not to and for it to then become £100 bill. But I don't think it's right or fair.0

That was sadly money down the drain, against MSE advice, not just on the forum but completely against the advice in the MSE Guide checked & passed by Martin Lewis recently.fluffy_kittensRUS said:I paid it because I was too scared not to and for it to then become £100 bill.
