Now that Jarvis has been taken over II want to charge a monthly fee for holding shares. Can anyone recommend a platform that just charges for execution only (no monthly fee)? Thank you.

Scottish Widows Share Dealing (was called iWeb) owned by Lloyds Banking Group.

For the ISA and Share Dealing accounts there is no ongoing charge, £5 per trade and you can even buy/hold/sell funds.

For individual company shares, ETFs and investment trusts another option is Trading212: zero commission, a 0.15% fx fee where relevant and no account fees. It has a web browser option but it works better for e.g., biometrics and 2FA if you also use its phone and/or tablet app. This isn't an issue with Scottish Widows and SW also offers OEICs/unit trusts which T212 doesn't.
