Thanks for reminding me, I have the small 1970s Kenwood and attachments I've kept unused. One of those might work.I can rise and shine - just not at the same time!

My personal circumstances have changed and I can no longer make marmalade from whole fruit.
I noticed that Amazon have Mamade at a very good price at the moment.
I might have a go.

I got mine in Morrisons.
Had to ask someone to find it because, you'd think it would be with marmalade??
My Tesco's and co-op didn't have it. Could have been too full of Christmas stuff.
I use a zester to get the peal off lemons or grapefruit then squeeze out the juice. It's doable for small quantities to mix in.
Buy when on discount shelf and freeze the zest and juice. No need for extra boiling because it softenedI can rise and shine - just not at the same time!

Just dawned on me that the saving pulp to the freezer to soften rind/save time and fuel boiling may work to store some Sevilles in the short period of buying to make another batch later on.

Thank you all. I, finally, managed to get my hands on 2kg of Seville Oranges at Morries, (£2.25 per kg). Delays venturing into nearest town came about because of storm Goretti aftermath; root canal work and then a cold!
