If anyone spots seville oranges in one of the major supermarkets, (not Waitrose, as we don't have one anywhere close, sadly) can you give me a heads up? Thank you!

I don't blame you @MurphyBear - I won't be driving anywhere today. I do, on and off, check the supermarket websites (well Sainsbury's and Morrisons), and they are saying the product is out of stock - which I'm assuming means stock has not come in yet. My aunt has been making this year's batch - we got our seville oranges from a local greengrocer, but they also have them in our local Waitrose

I've given away the machine I used to shred the oranges.
I now use Marmade and add lemon to it. It's 75% Seville, citric acid and pectin.
It's still a better ratio of fruit to sugar than ready made.
How do you shred yours please because I know from making a small amount of lime marmalade that the flavour is spectacular.I can rise and shine - just not at the same time!

We use the coarse mince attachment on a Kenwood mixer.
Take the pips out first & put everything through.
This gives a chop rather than a shred finish to the marmalade.
It's Mamade by the way 😁😁
