Freebie hack with the Lidl Plus app

I find it more rewarding if you shop little & often at Lidl, because every time you visit, you get a scratch card pop up on your Lidl+ app. When you reveal the scratch card, I've found that you get a coupon pretty much 90% of the time but the coupon may not be for what you usually buy nor suitable if you have a special diet !!!1

That's rather the point isn't it?but the coupon may not be for what you usually buy
Although thinking about it, Sainsburys Nectar offers are always for what I bought last week......1 -
Even so, I don't find Sainsbury's prices to be competitive.flaneurs_lobster said:

I use an online price comparator site (trolly.co.uk) and stick in the half dozen items that are reasonably expensive that I buy consistently - like190g jars of Nescafe Alta Rica. Price can vary between £6-10.Rosa_Damascena said:

Sainsburys are consistently the cheapest.
A deodorant brand favoured by my partner is nearly always cheapest at Asda.
Not suggesting that it's worthwhile checking everything you shop for but for the larger ticket items (and if you have the shops available) you can save a fair chunk over a month.0 -
I do use Trolley for the few branded foodstuffs I prefer, but for generic and non UPF foods Aldi and Lidl are consistently cheaper.flaneurs_lobster said:
