LG TV - Channels Missing

Hi all,
I have a missing channels question if anyone can shed some light in this darkened corner it would be very much appreciated.
I have 2 TV's
Tv 1 is in the living room, Its an LG C4 oled
Tv 2 is in the dining room, Its an older Panasonic Viera led.
Both run from one aerial and both have excellent signal and reception. A few years ago I had an issue with the aerial cable(split) so that has been replaced and the guy who did tested both TVs for signal etc.. He fitted a splitter just off the main aerial in the living room
for some bizarre reason the LG TV will not pick up certain Freeview channels that the Panasonic will.
Any channels between 49 -57 for instance plus a few other random ones.
I looked at the UHF channel of one particular channel on the Panasonic, it was 48
so I went to the LG and manually tuned to UHF 48,
Signal strength 98%, Signal Quality 100%
channels found - 0
Ive waggled wires, moved the fire stick as far as I can to try and minimise interference but
nothing
anyone shed light on the issue, update the aerial cable maybe? Interference?

Different TVs will have different tuner sensitivities. On the face of it it sounds like the signal for the affected channels is too low for the LG tuner but OK for the Panasonic tuner.I would be removing the splitter from the aerial and connecting the one TV at a time to the aerial on its own and playing about with the various connections and cables to see if that gets the missing channels found.1

That's not a bad shout, try the one tv on its own. the Panasonic is further away as well. weird. The other thing is the channel is telling me signal is good.wongataa said:Different TVs will have different tuner sensitivities. As well as the above, tv channels do move about, or new channels appear. There should be an option in the settings on each TV to retune. Do that on each TV and see if there are still differences...

Does one of your aerial leads have a power supply that feeds back to the aerial? I had to have one fitted when I lost channels after the splitter box (attached to the chimney) was dislodged in a storm. The technician couldn't understand how it had worked at all before being powered, but since having that added the channel lists on my two TVs have been fine.1

certainly none that I know of. its only a few channels and I have no issues other than that. The guy who replaced the cable never mentioned a power supply0
