Ezee Park Parking Charge. (ZZPS )
Hi, I hope someone is able to offer some advice please.
A local, private through road suddenly had cameras installed and many people received parking charges from Ezee Park, which were later quashed when it was pointed out that the address of the through road was incorrectly stated on the notices : the actual road is Park Road and not 15-19 High Street, as stated on the charge notices.
I’ve received 2 parking charges (2 & 8 Sept) for using this through road - the incorrect address of 15-19 High Street stated on the notices.
Reason for contravention is stated as “parked without authorisation“. However the notations alongside the 2 photos included in each notice states the vehicle as “moving”. This was also pointed out to Ezee Park.
I appealed on 24.10.25 pointing out these facts.
I have spoken several times to Ezee Park offices and sent emails (and pointed out other road users have had their charges quashed by Ezee Park on appeal on the same grounds ). However to no avail, as they are pursuing further and now increasing the charge to £170 on the charge of 2.9.25 and advise the charge of 8.9.25 will also increase to £170 shorty from £100.
30.12.25 : I spoke with 2 staff - (one staff from Ezee Park and other from ZZPS) upon opening the ZZPS letter of 12.12.25. (Due to declining health issues I have been recuperating at my mum’s for some weeks and therefore not at home to receive this letter). On that call I was advised a letter from their enforcement agents, GCTT Certified Enforcement Agents has been issued on 30.12.25. (Not yet received).
3.12.25 : EP email asked for evidence my car was not on site - to provide cctv or ring door bell footage (!!) I only saw this email on 30.12.25 upon advisement from the call handler.
I have not had my appeals formally declined by EP - but was told by the advisors to appeal regardlessly to IAS through the paymycharge.com (which I used to make the Ezee Park appeals). However no further appeal is possible via this site. They also also advised it was too late to make any appeal to the independent service for the charge issued on 2.9.25 and I would have to pay. Ezee Park are part of IPC
I am really worried the notice of 8.9.25 will now also increase to £170.
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

Oooh a new kid on the block!
"Ezee Park"
LOL! Any of us here could have thought of better name for a private parking firm.
STOP TALKING TO THEM.
There is no need to be really worried. Stop taking the bait. Do not engage.
You are never paying this invoice and you are also NOT paying £15 to inevitably lose at Will Hurley's IAS. It's futile.
And look at the scammery on show here, courtesy of horrifically misleading words from notoriously greedy ZZPS:
1. The Ezee Park (sent by ZZPS) Notice to Keeper lies that the law - POFA 2012 - allows a parking operator to recover a PCN and 'any charges associated with recovery' from the registered keeper! In fact, the POFA Schedule 4 says the opposite: the maximum recoverable sum is the unpaid parking charge. Not false joke 'charges / costs'. And double recovery is disallowed under POFA.
2. This case hasn't gone to court but that ZZPS letter misleads the recipient into thinking that bailiffs are coming. The amount of times it says their "Enforcement Agents will contact you" is shocking. IMHO they are hoping that the recipient takes that to mean they can send the boys round.
They can't.
Ignore them and ZZPS and GCTT unless you get a LBC or claim form which will be most amusing to see off this year from newly SRA registered ZZPS. What a joke outfit, run by one of those debt collectors whose old firm, Roxburghe, had their licence stripped by the OFT a decade or more ago. At the time it was said (effectively) that Roxburghe were misleading the public/not dealing fairly with consumers.
So up he popped with ZZPS. Loves to reinvent himself does BPA best mate / 'achievement award' winner Gary Osner.
We regulars call this out: it is IMHO a complete joke that he is still in this game, swilling around with the other parking operator connected old boys network of 'member' debt collectors.
This motley crew continue to exaggerate false 'costs' (that they really share with their clients) and bamboozle the MHCLG, whose Public Consultation showed this Government are buried down a BPA and IPC created rabbit hole of believing that a 'DRF' is a real thing that exists separately from PCNs, and that ring-fencing 'escalation' stage only to the usual PPC-partial suspects (and not other, proper CSA registered debt collectors outside of parking) is somehow healthy competition...PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

ZZPS = THE OSNER SCAM
CHARGING £70 as an admin fee ??
ZZPS ignoring the famous Supreme Court ruling where it was said that the parking charge was set to cover the operation of the scheme ......... So, ZZPS are talking a load of rubbish AGAIN
