PRIZE:
Two match tickets to attend either the 2025/26 Carabao Cup Final, or a 2026/27 Carabao Cup home fixture for the winner’s chosen club.
A stadium tour of the winner’s chosen club, either on match day or on a date agreed with the club.
Official club merchandise, as determined by the chosen club.

    I've just tried again and it worked.
    I needed to wait a bit after I voted which two teams would be in the final and then it came up with the option to enter my details.
