Heat pump error

I have an ongoing issues with a Panasonic heat pump. 

The code is H20 pump error. An engineer came out yesterday and cleaned the pump out and realised the fuse had blown on the mother board. 

He put a new 13amp fuse in and it started working and was going fine for about 3 hours. Then the error came back again and I’ve got no heating or hot water again. 

Any suggestions at all please I’d be very grateful

Hi I have had no heating or hot water since new year eve. 

I reported this to the housing association that I rent my home from Stonewater. The heat pump has an error. And I’m so stuck with what to do. 

On New Year’s Eve I called the out of hours line and they raised a job for a contractor and was advised someone would be out within 24 hours. 

On New Year’s Day nobody arrived I called and was told my job had been cancelled so they raised a new one and someone would arrive within 24 hours. 

The engineer arrived more than 24 hours later on the 2nd. He fixed the issue well so we thought a fuse had blown on the mother board of the heat pump.  I had heating for about 2 hours and the same error came up pump error. 

I calls Stonewater they raised another job and the 24 hours thing started again. Another engineer arrived on the evening of the 2nd but this guy not his fault wasn’t qualified in heat pumps so couldn’t help me. 

I called Stonewater again, they raised another job. 24 hours blah blah and again nobody has arrived. 

I still have no heating or hot water I’m so cold, I don’t know what to do. I’m waiting in for days and I’m getting cabin fever being stuck in all days. These engineers don’t even call to give a rough estimate of when they arrive so it’s not like I can pop out. 

I have no family or friends that could sit in for me whilst I go out either. 

Is anyone able to help please

I appreciate it is frustrating for you, and I would have expected a big landlord to have plumbers available more readily, but at the end of the day they aren't magicians. They attended two days after reporting, including a bank holiday. The fix didn't work, but they weren't to know that. They should be supplying you with temporary heating, ask for this.

Get a electric fan heater and use that for now. It will be really few quids more and regarding hot water.. friends, gym, work, neighbour..
H20 is an issue with circulation pump with many possible underlying issue - so something for an engineer to look at.

Thank you for the comments. I’m still waiting for someone to come and fix it. Im so cold.
