I'm only here for a grumble.

I'm in bed hungry again and probably won't sleep well again.

To try an sum up whats been going on.....

If you've read my old diary you may have heard my whines about DD's dad and what a loser he is well to try and cut a long story short he's filed for access and is dragging me to court.

I must point out that he's had access in the past and had made a right old balls of it.

There's been an interim hearing this past week which has ruled in mine and DD's favout for him to have 2 hours a week supervised visits a week however now he reckons he's taking that to appeal.

This is not to mention that there will be a final hearing in December before which CAFCASS have to get involved and file reports on me, on him on DD's school etc its all very traumatic on her and me and not to mention the ninety odd quid its costing me in legal fees a month from august onwards.

So this is the reason i'm all  at the minute, just as I think thing the dust is settling something else comes round the corner and kicks me in the face.

so.....

So nothing paid off further into debt (allbeit a only afew more quid) and really fed up

Had a good day at work today though...the boss is away so we coc**d about all day and managed to earn bonus...and actually thinking about it thats money that could go towards 10 quid a day challenge.

    i'll work it out.

    so thats me

You've every right to be

Does he pay anything at all towards your daughter? If you win do you get your £90s back? What a tw4t.

Still, you won the original hearing which is promising for the appeal. Look on the bright side - you and DD are both healthy and otherwise happy. Don't let the inseminator ruin your week.

2k is a pretty good amount to have cleared when you've not exactly had wads of cash dropping through the letterbox every morning. Well done.
