RBS Reward - how to add joint account holder?

Despite the Santander calculator suggesting I'd make a bit of a profit on their cashback I was actually making a loss so I've closed that down & going to switch to RBS for the direct debit reward.

I changed my bog standard whatever-it-was-called account to a reward account & it said I could add a joint account holder to this once set up.

I just can't find how to do that.

Where should I be looking so I can add my wife to the account & then make moves to get Santander shut down?

Quick look at their website suggests they need to either open their own account or set up their own customer profile (no account needed). From there there are options to add them to your account.

And from there, you can start the joint switch via online banking or via the app to move your Santander account over.

They seemed to want to go through the app. Not my favoured way of doing things but it's done now.
