Skipton app up the pokey!?

It worked early this morning then went rogue on me. Has happened before. Probably no one on duty today to fix problems or it’s me or my up to date iOS.
So I logged in to their internet banking to transact and of course it demands a code generated from their app! So I uninstall their app, reinstall their app and at the end of their overlong registration it says sorry something went wrong. Before it said you have already reached the maximum installs on devices which is ONE on my iPad!

So Skipton has completely kiboshed me to do any internet banking with them.
Anyone else or is it just me on this occasion.

Ok for me on iPad (requested an ISA transfer in earlier.) Also the only device it is installed on but the OS is not the latest.Yorkshire_Pud said:It worked early this morning then went rogue on me. Has happened before. Probably no one on duty today to fix problems or it’s me or my up to date iOS.

Android app worked fine for me earlier this evening.1

Thinking about this some more, a family member had a problem a while ago and needed to log in on the website and delete a device from their account, as a reinstall had led to there being two entries for the same device. Be sure to delete the older one though.1

Sorted now after a call with a helpful CS who walked me through it. Did show two iPads when I’ve got one. He deleted one device and then I had to re register for online and the app.So it was peculiar to myself and I don’t know why it duplicated my device when all I was doing was logging in on the app yesterday.
Thanks for the ideas and info.0
