Company now 'Struck off' and made way with my money

Hey (Apologies if I chose wrong category for post, couldn't find one relevant)
I ordered some Pokemon cards on PRE-ORDER from a site that at the time, was trust worthy and had delivered other goods to myself and others with no issues. This was during the time when Pokemon cards were extremely hard to come by so most of it was down to pre-orders or paying scalper prices.
I made a total of 4 orders, 2 in August and 2 in September for pre-orders for Pokemon cards, there was no given date of when they will arrive, but stated they will ship once the cards arrive at their warehouse (which was usually the case). It's now come to my attention that the company has requested to be struck off and is no longer operating and seem they've made off with myself and others money.
I spoke to my bank to see if I can reverse a charge or something but was told that due to 'Mastercard/Visa' (I think that's what they said) policy anything over 90 days they're not able to charge back and that basically - I'm screwed.
Surely this can't be the only possible solution as it's left quite a dent of money just gone, £460!!
I know ChatGPT isn't legal advice, but it mentioned that as no date was specified when placing the order that it's possible the 90 day rule doesnt apply?
Any help, much appreciated & a happy new year !

Did you pay by credit card or debit card?
if you pay by credit card you are still in time to make a section 75 request. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
There's often misunderstandings around the time limit rule, even by visa/bank staff. The limit is actually 120 days. This is 120 days from when you made the transaction or when you were due to receive the goods or services, so in this case you can hopefully argue that as you haven't received the goods you are still in time.
As noted above, credit cards are different, and the limit is 6 years.0 -
Although I believe S75 would only apply if the individual items (e.g. one pack of cards) cost over £100 each, which may not be the case here.... OP says 4 orders totalling over £460 pounds, but not whether each order was for single or multiple itemselsien said:Did you pay by credit card or debit card?

Hi sorry for the slow replies, so found out the company had struck itself off in December (no idea what they means to me)
The £460 was the total,
2 orders in September;
-£169.99
-£59.99
and 2 more in August
-£169.99
-£59.99
I've ordered from them before no issues under the same delivery promise, however now it's been found they've basically gone AWOL, I'm at a real loss here!0 -

When was the anticipated release date? The clock on the number of days should have started from when it was anticipated the goods would be received not the date of the transaction in this scenario so go back to complain to the bank on their error.
