You need a GU10 removal tool. It's a rubber sucker. You can use one of the kid's toy arrows.

As above - you need a suction tool. Screwfix sell them at £4.59. You press and turn the bulb to remove. You can sometimes
wear rubber gloves to get enough friction to press and turn the bulb using your thumbs. Have you got suitable steps to easily reach the bulbs.

Hi afaht41 - Some advice from an electrician...

I think that everyone seems to be missing something

The light fitting is in a bathroom, therefore the lamps are fully enclosed.
The very bottom part of the cylindrical tube unscrews from the rest exposing the lamp (bulb). Hopefully you may be able to get away without using a sucker tool.

    Hope this helps

OP do you have a stepladder to enable you to reach the lights?

We had some like this in the kitchen which needed a tiny Allen key to undo the covers to replace the bulbs (why?) which was a fiddly / frustrating exercise. Let's just say that once we realised this, that light fitting was replaced with one that had easy to replace bulbs.
