I bought a Hisense 43 inch TV because it has freely built in and it was going in a spare room with no aerial Not expensive and I have been impressed with both sound and picture quality. They do 40 inch TVs I believe3

You'll have more choice if you can stretch to a 43" - or does it have to fit into a fixed space?0

Thanks thinking of getting Hisense 40ins due to limited spaceGrubbyGirl_2 said:I bought a Hisense 43 inch TV because it has freely built in and it was going in a spare room with no aerial Not expensive and I have been impressed with both sound and picture quality. They do 40 inch TVs I believe
. Very good reviews and competitive price but a bit cautious of brand.0 -
Hisense and TCL make some very technically advanced TVs and offer greater bang for the buck than the likes of Samsung, LG and Panasonic.ahfat41 said:

I've had a Hisense TV for 13 months and it has been faultless.2 -
When it comes to replacing my main TV I would definitely go for Hisenseahfat41 said:

Very good point.GrubbyGirl_2 said:I bought a Hisense 43 inch TV because it has Freely built in and it was going in a spare room with no aerial Not expensive and I have been impressed with both sound and picture quality. They do 40 inch TVs I believe
Our old Sony had what I presume was FreeviewPlay - you could scroll back through the guide and play most missed progs with one touch.
After much research, I bought a Samsung - which does not. Quite a pita. So added a Humax recorder with this feature.
Freely is possibly even better, but don't know how they compare.0
