Should I be concerned about these marks on these buildings?

I am looking online at some properties and have seen a couple which have some marks on the outside (highlighted in orange), I wonder what could be the caused?

my guess would be water.  so some sort of leak somewhere.  not from a window but from a internal pipe for water or heating perhaps??

Interesting thought as I was thinking maybe from the weather.
  • Weather

The rain runs off the window sills onto that flared pebbledash. If you look, it matches the way the rainwater runs off the centre of each sill above.
  • Second picture isn’t so clear. It might be weather again but hard to tell. I wouldn’t worry about it unless there were signs it was penetrating through into the fabric of the building.

The first I would say that if the pebble dash had been painted with an exterior paint the water would run off.
The second it's hard to tell, more important to check inside.

In the photo on the left, the one with Ivy growing up the downpipe, check out the gutters and particularly the upstairs bedroom to see if there is any signs of overflow causing problems to the internal walls and ceiling.

If possible look in the loft space, take your own torch  to see rather than relying on phone light.
