Escalating magazine article?

Is there a way to escalate a complaint about a magazine article? I've already raised the complaint internally whereby they are not prepared to recognise their failings in what I feel is a misleading article. I don't normally step in but I feel that "Which?" have unfairly criticised Easyjet without looking at the full facts in their Best airline (short haul economy airline) article. I'm of the opinion that the article comparing budget flight carriers and appear to be funded by Jet2. As a frequent flyer with a hidden disability, epilepsy, I seem to have found that overall EasyJet offers clearer pricing, better value fares, more flexible carry-on allowances, and stronger support for hidden disabilities than their competitors, which I felt the article failed to reflect. I should highlight that unlike many airlines their crew are specifically trained for epilepsy awareness on top and actively recognise the sunflower lanyard scheme for people with hidden disabilities. In recent months Loganair denied a person with epilepsy boarding as has been on the news. This wasn't mentioned at all in the article. To suggest Loganair is 3rd place when they are actively caught discriminating I feel is appalling and misleading.

Being able to have a larger carry-on if you are a naked flyer it makes Easyjet a better option because they aren't forcing you to buy the extras you may not want. I feel that Which? didn't highlight this. IMHO the whole remit budget airlines use is the ability to cherry pick what services you want and not pay for unnecessary extras. If you want an all inclusive package you can go for a major carrier which sometimes work out cheaper if you want all their options but as I see it it's like comparing B&B to All Inclusive holidays.

I don't normally take this stance but if I'm going to criticise a company for it's failings I feel that I should highlight things they are getting right. I see justification when I can get a return flight to Morocco for £30rtn compared to Jet2 £105rtn on the same days at their minimum price level before having to add options. Easyjet app is pretty intuitive and you can go back and alter things. As a frequent flyer I have found that Jet2 tends to be considerably more expensive and Ryanair is false economy because their carry on is so small. I can't and won't comment on other carriers because I have not used them enough to gain a balanced picture.

I feel that if "Which?" is going round exposing companies then they, themselves should be answerable or their reputation becomes worthless.

It's really all opinion based. Just like you, they're entitled to their opinion. No reason to feel personal about it.
I'm FTB, not an expert, all my comments are from personal experience and not a professional advice.

I've had almost exactly the opposite experience, so it looks like they cancel each other out....

Or it's just based on their opinions and research, which they're entitled to publish. Maybe start a consumer magazine and publish your own findings?

Do they still publish letters to the editor? You could write in with your experience.

No different to reading a list of reviews about a company.

Im sure Which published the article based on the info and experience they had - maybe EJ were having a bad day or maybe its a fluke when people have a good experience.

    Who knows.
