Sorry you are in this situation, especially as a big cause seems to be you looking out for a friend.  There have already been some good insights around the car, so I am not going to add more on that front. But from looking at the debts that you have, there seems to be some low hanging fruit in terms of things with relatively low balances.

You said your house is your sanctuary, which I think works well in this scenario, have you looked at doing things like surveys, app testing etc to earn a little bit of money on the side? I am not going to paint any illusions that this route alone will get you out of debt in the short term, but, with a couple of months of heavy cutting, i.e no spending on anything which is not absolutely necessary, batch cooking your food ( although I have to admit your grocery bill is pretty slim as it is )  and set a target of clearing your lowest balance debt, clearing the 308 of uni debt probably seems small, but, that 30 quid could then be put onto the next one etc.

Wishing you all the best, I too have a lot of debt and I am at the beginning of the journey of getting out of it, wishing you a prosperous and financially positive 2026 :)
