Tesco Insurance Login

What a farce, my home insurance is due February, so thought I'd login to see whether I'd got automatic renewal on........not a chance. They've changed the login, same as Tesco.com account, which I can login to, but nowhere can I connect to my home insurance. I can't check my details are exactly the same, which they should be, because I can't get in the insurance portal. Tried an email number to login, tried the password, and whilst it starts to show Tesco Insurance, it then just shows a blank screen.
I won't be bothering, except I'll have to make a long I imagine phone call to cancel any auto renewal nearer the time, which is ridiculous. Nothing worse than being on hold forever, and they know it. Strikes me as a very dubious way to put people off changing their insurer. Terrible service, let alone it would make, making a claim a pain as well. Thankfully I haven't needed to.

    You usually get through in quick time (relatively) if you go through the 'i want to cancel ' or 'new sales' and state your complaint.
    They should tell you if it's automatic renewal and at what price or put you through to the right department.

    Hopefully if you do this they will tell you why you can't log in.

    I still have this problem with British Gas since they changed our account numbers to a new system and the AA who offer a discount online and spend time putting all the details in and it won't complete.
    It's the world now they've got everyone at a distance and don't want to deal directly with their customers.
