The terms

The competition will run between 12th December 2025 – 5th January 2026 

The winner will be contacted by 12th January 2026 

Eligibility & Entry Requirements 

Prize draw is open to UK residents aged over 18. 

Excludes employees of Paws & Stay, Sawday’s and Canopy & Stars and their immediate families, its agents, or anyone professionally associated with this promotion. 

Bulk entries from trade, consumer groups, or third parties will not be accepted. 

Entries must be submitted via the entry form at: https://www.pawsandstay.co.uk/competition/ 

Prize Details 

The prize is awarded to one person. 

The prize is a £500 Paws & Stay voucher valid for use on bookings made until 31 December 2026. The stay can be taken after this date. 

The prize is as stated, not transferable to another individual, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. 

Any additional costs (such as additional nights, extra services, or incidental expenses incurred in relation to the prize) are not included. 

Entry Conduct 

Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification. 

All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition. 

Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro, or automated devices will be void. 

No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed, or corrupted, or due to computer error in transit. 

Promoter Rights 

The promoter reserves the right to alter the terms of the competition and reject entries from entrants not entering into the spirit of the competition. 

In the event the prize is unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. 

Unless stated otherwise, the winner(s) will be drawn at random from all correct entries received by the closing date stated within the promotional material. 

The winner will be contacted by email; if the winner cannot be contacted or is unable to comply with these terms, the promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random. 

Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements, may result in forfeiture of the prize. 

Discrepancies 

In the event of a discrepancy between these standard terms and conditions and the details in the promotional material (or any other terms and conditions provided or referred to at the time of entry), the promotional material’s details shall prevail. 

Data & Privacy 

By entering the competition, you agree to share your name and email address with Paws & Stay; your data will be retained and covered by our privacy policy.

By opting into newsletters from Paws & Stay, you agree to the terms and conditions. 

Additional Notifications & Technical Issues 

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any technical issues, system or software failures encountered on www.pawsandstay.co.uk during entry. 

The Promoter reserves the right to temporarily suspend the operation of the site without notice in the event of system failure, maintenance, or repair, or for any other reason beyond its control. 

You are responsible for all Internet connection costs charged by your service provider. 

Liability & Modification Rights 

The Promoter will not be liable for loss/damage whatsoever caused by matters arising from this promotion. 

The Promoter reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, anticipated, suspected, or actual fraud). 

The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
