I too think you should never have been sold this IVA, but that doesnt mean there is much chance of getting it cancelled or ended early, I dont recall a case where this has happened. If an IVA is unaffordable, you can get it failed or ended early, but cases where you can afford the payments and just had a much better option than an IVA when it started several years ago, are much much harder.1

That is roughly right but the fees are more likely to be 3.5-4k. As I said, ask your IVA firm when you will have repaid all the debts plus the IVA fees.0
