8/27 for me today please…. It was DHs birthday yesterday, so a glass of wine accompanied dinner. If we'd ordered a bottle I'd have had more. This morning I was glad I didn't.

for your thoughts too. Sorry for random bold in this but changing font in this new system on an I Pad is tedious and slow.Glad to hear I’m not the only one @maman, I find it very hard to resume after a holiday. @redofromstart you have been doing brilliantly, a whole year AF especially in the circumstances. I do need to carry on getting more AFDs, just been reading again how cutting down can help prevent dementia and I also don’t need the empty calories. So silly to get back into bad habits when it took time and effort to get out of them.
