I'm going to my local Decathlon to check out those shoes.Daz2009 said:They arrived, fit fine,Quechua mh100 is what I went for, cheap and cheerful
Incidentally I did go to Go Outdoors, wanted to try on some Merrells but couldn't find a member of staff to serve me so their loss was Decathlons gain.
Go Outdoors - Am I remembering correctly, big shed of a place, have some kind of membership scheme whereby you can't just walk in, pick something up and pay for it? Been once, looking for a new (not cheap) walking jacket, not exactly the sort of place that has helpful, experienced walkers who might give advice. Found a couple of other things, told at till about the membership thing, couldn't be arsed.0 -
You don’t have to have the membership thing, but they knock a few quid off the price of items if you do.All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0
