Big time cheesed off!

I opened an easy access account with MONUMENT Bank, and today found out for MYSELF through this the App is down!  I was about to complain to them , thinking I’d been scammed AGAIN!  Already had to change from one bank to another.  Fraud team don’t answer either!  I cannot login and they’ve got my phone no. WRONG too!  How can I possibly change it to my REAL no. when you have to Login first, then they send a code to a fictitious no. first!!!!!!!  OMG I am well fed up now and NOT 1 person has said anything to me or other Monument users.  They are TRULY crap.

If the app is down it's most likely a short term glitch.

It's the holidays, nothing is likely to be done quickly.

I did a Search Assist which gave me the information that you can call them, video call, message them and online chat.
Have you tried any of these to correct it?
It's possible that responses could be from international call centres that are not on holiday.

How did they get your phone number wrong?
Did you apply online?
Did you double check that they got the numbers correct?
It's something I didn't do when taking out car insurance in a hurry and one of us got the car reg wrong. Neither did I check the certificate. Gave me a horrible problem with threats of a fine 😲
