It sounds like you have quantified your losses and have suitable evidence. This is the largest part of any legal claim. Since its under whatever the threshold is, I'd have thought doing a Money Claim Online shouldn't be too much more admin and would definitely be worth the fee to lodge it (no solicitor needed).

ADR is waste of time, carryes no legal weight. Do an lba and then mcol them. Google for letter templates.
