The issue was resolved within 4 days so I can't really complain. In all honesty I've had issues with every other company I've been with including water, gas and electric, not a single company where I haven't been billed incorrectly at some point. At least BG resolved it quickly and admitted the error(over Christmas to boot), first time that's ever happened. Ovo still owe me hundreds of pounds which I will likely never get back. I have no intention of switching at the current time. I was also offered £150 for the inconvenience
