Have you though about asking local scout or explorers groups? They have a community impact badge that might fit into this and you'd get some extra hands to help with bigger jobs

We are away this week. DH on business so making the most of his hotel room at no extra cost. Just had big breakfast which should allow me to skip lunch. Planning on doing some free museums today and have some vouchers that needs used up if I'm in need of coffee. Hope you are all keeping well

I don’t really know anything about your project but If the project includes things that people might find therapeutic like gardening too , maybe approach local organisations like Mind etc. I know there’s a place by me which is open to volunteers for gardening and it’s a place a lot of people don’t know exists. I was referred there by a social prescriber. Maybe contact a social prescribing service and speak to them about what you can offer

went for a day out yesterday!for a long walk. I’m definitely not used to the exercise so won’t be doing much today including picking my soap dishes up from TK Max which are ready for collection . Will do it tomorrow, got til Saturday.
. Paid towards the petrol and spent 7.05 in a cafe. I did take a packed lunch with me too. Total cost 12.05. A cheap day out walking and good exercise too even if I am incapacitated for a day.

It's worth keeping an eye out on 3bay and V1nted as all sorts of past glories come to light. If not now, maybe in a few months.

I like @maryb 's idea of dissolving salt deodorant to use on feet! Last time I had two salt crystal deodorants on the go and decided to immerse one to dissolve the sunken part of the salt and be able to recycle the plastic (obviously a different brand from the plastic-free ones). I put it in a bowl of water and forgot it. Hours later, rediscovering it, I could see the crystal had shrunk slightly and was able to be taken out. The plastic went to recycling and I had a large enough piece of salt to continue to use it. Then I did the same for the nearly-exhausted travel sized one and glued the two resulting lumps of salt either side of a lolly stick for ease of use - result: 'free' deodorant for some months! Of course eventually the salt dissolved around the glue so the system broke down but it saved a lot of built in obsolescence.

I would never have thought of Vinted but you're right! They had tons of Elizabeth Arden though, sadly, not my brow shadow. But now I know I'll keep checking. Thank you!!
It doesn't matter if you are a glass half full or half empty sort of person. Keep it topped up! Cheers!10 -
