OFFICIAL PROMOTION RULES (the “Official Rules”) 

CONSUMER DISCLOSURE – YOU HAVE NOT YET WON 

By entering this Promotion, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Any violation of the Official Rules may, at Sponsor’s discretion, result in disqualification. All decisions of the judges regarding this Promotion are final and binding in all respects.

1. GENERAL. These terms and conditions (which we will refer to as the “Specific Terms”) will govern the featuring The Belfry Hotel & Resort X Condé Nast Traveller Competition (the “Promotion” or “Competition”). These Specific Terms and the General Terms (available here: General Terms and Conditions - The Condé Nast Publications Ltd) shall govern the Promotion and in the event of any contradiction between the General Terms, the Specific Terms shall prevail. Capitalised words and expressions used but not defined herein these Specific Terms shall have the meaning given to them in the General Terms.
2. SPONSOR. The Condé Nast Publications Limited (“Condé Nast”) is a company registered in England and Wales with company number 00226900 and with registered office at 1-11 John Adam Street, London WC2N 6HT . Condé Nast is responsible for the operation of the Giveaway (the “Sponsor” or “Promoter”).
3. PROMOTION PERIOD. Promotion begins 7:00 AM GMT on 24 December 2025 and closes on 6 February 2026 at 11:59 PM GMT, by which all entries must be received (“Promotion Period”).
4. ELIGIBILITY. This Promotion is only open to legal residents of the United Kingdom who are at least 18 years old.
5. HOW TO ENTER. Visit https://www.cntraveller.com/article/the-belfry-competition during the Promotion Period and complete the entry form by answering correctly the question: “How many acres does The Belfry’s estate cover?”. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or for a chance to win this Promotion. A purchase will not improve chances of winning. Internet access is required. Limit: no more than one entry per person and one entry per e-mail address during the Promotion Period.
6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION. All qualifying entrants will be placed in a free prize draw. Selection of the winner will be conducted within twenty-eight (28) days from the Closing Date by random drawing from all eligible entries (the “Drawing Date”). Any potential winner will be notified by email and/or telephone. If a potential winner: (i) cannot be contacted; (ii) does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours from the date the Sponsor first tries to notify him/her; (iii) refuses the prize; and/or (iv) the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner forfeits all rights to win the Promotion or receive the prize, and an alternate potential winner may be selected. Upon contacting a potential winner and determining that they have met all eligibility requirements of the Promotion, such individual will be declared a “winner” of the Promotion. 

7. PRIZE DESCRIPTION. There will be one (1) winner. The winner will receive one (1) prize,  which will consist of:

• A two-night stay in a suite for two at The Belfry Hotel & Resort
• Breakfast each morning
• A bottle of Champagne in the room
• Dinner each evening in Ryder Restaurant
• One 50-minute spa treatment per person in The Belfry Spa or a round of golf on any one of the 3 courses (Brabazon, PGA National or The Derby)
• Travel costs covered up to £200 for UK rail or coach fares

The prize is for two adults. Only one winner will be drawn. The prize is non-transferable in the event of cancellation, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and there are no cash alternatives. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. The prize may be changed without prior notice. Prize to be taken and redeemed by 31/12/2026 and is subject to availability. Blackout dates apply. Reservation must be booked in advance. The winner is responsible for expenses and arrangements not specifically included in the prize. Employees of The Belfry Hotel & Resort are excluded from all prize draws and competitions. The Belfry general terms and conditions apply.

8. PRIZE REDEMPTION CONDITIONS. Redemption is subject to availability and applies only to the dates outlined in the prize description, unless otherwise amended due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of The Belfry Hotel & Resort.

9. THIRD PARTY TERMS Third-party suppliers of prizes may stipulate their own terms, conditions or restrictions and all prize winners agree to be bound by these. Condé Nast shall have no liability in relation to any prize provided by a third-party provider.
