Crediy Card Chargeback - Who is Liable?

    You haven't seen the refund schedule they agreed to. Next time you should perhaps ask for all the facts before condemning others.

    Condemned?  That's a bit OTT.  I hardly think that the suggestion that some patience would have saved you time and trouble is condemning you.  

    The fact is the insurance company did what they said they would do.  Whatever time frame was suggested it is often the case that these things take longer.
