New Trafford Council Yellow Box PCN

Hi,
I have just successfully appealed Airport Drop off/pick up charges thanks to help from this site.
I have now unfortunately received a yellow box pcn from Trafford Council. The evidence is compelling, but can anyone see any irregularities with the issuing of it, which can be used for an appeal.
Registration number is MX67 ZNT and the PCN number is TR8049166A.
I'm sure these cameras are new. This junction is extremely busy and you'll see from the video evidence that the junction gets full from another direction, meaning no cars from the way I came can fit in the lane I needed. It would mean waiting there on a few cycles of the lights until no cars are entering from the other direction.
Again, many thanks for ang help offered.

Looks pretty clear cut - you should have waited - I'd suggest taking it as a lesson and paying up.0

As its a council matter, go to the FTLA parking forum website and post over there after reading their posting requirements first, they should be able to advise you2
