Hi All

My son ordered a reconditioned phone via Amazon for a Christmas present.  It arrived today, my youngest son signed for it.  Opened the bag to check the contents and found the inner bag ripped and the box inside the inner bag opened.  Charger was in the box but no phone.  Son paid on his American Express card.  What can he do?

Who delivered the "empty box" ?
I bet it was Evri ?

If I was half as smart as I think I am - I'd be twice as smart as I REALLY am.

It was Amazon but I ordered a Shark Hoover a few weeks ago for black Friday and that went missing and was Evri.  I also returned a coat via Evri and that went missing.

It is worth being aware that the courier companies may create their own list of vulnerable addresses.
To have one item - a mobile phone - go missing is unfortunate.
To have three items - a mobile phone, a vacuum cleaner and a coat - all go missing within a short time frame might be sufficient to trigger caution at the couriers.

I had a laptop go missing whilst watching the tracking by Evri and they still denied any responsibility !
