Ive got a CCJ form, from I PARK SERVICES, can i fight it?

so i started going to therapy and its been nothing but stressful trying to use the parking services in the area, so far ive paid around £240 to this company and ive had enough now.

my missus does all the online paying once we get there but on this one day we paid for the hour but after a little discussion we decided to get some food and then we got another hour shortly after.

Once we were in the cafe she looks at her phone only to realise that the app has paid for my car (which we arrived in) then its changed details and paid for her car, So we try to ring them but no one would answer, the next day a guy answered the phone and said its to late you need to claim online, so i did and they pretty much just said they dont accept it.

I showed them call logs, bank payments back to back, my partners name ETC for car details, I even asked them to send out a Payment plan form, During all this, things ended up really bad for me and i got taken away and all this was the last thing on my mind at the time.

Now ive got this CCJ form and they say i owe £252.00 which is starting to wind me up and im not sure if i can fight it or not, ive come to terms that i will get this CCJ because im not currently aloud to work and getting £750 a month on PIP is a struggle.

If you got this far, Thanks for reading and all help is appreciated.

I dont know how else to Explain what it is, its a HM Courts & tribunals service headed letter with a claim form.

First sentence - Important documents enclosed

We are contacting you because someone claims you owe them money, and a money claim has been made against you.

The claim is attached to this letter.

Can you tell us the exact particulars of claim? ie. the text in the bottom left.

Are you able to respond using the online service or will you be using the post?

Ultimately, all DCB Legal filed claims less than £400 are discontinued after a few months when they realise you won't be paying. There will be no court hearing in front of a judge. You just have to do some paperwork.
