Which you would think would raise a query on address.

@born_again yes when you go on the website to look at how to return they have a uk address, which is why I was surprised they didn’t want us to return the items

i left a review on trustpilot and lo and behold we had a much more polite email offering us a 30% refund if we removed the review and suggesting we might then like to leave a 5 star review….

have you actually looked at the address? As it's just a house.
