Complain to the landowner. Why are you wanting to appeal to UKPC?Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

You missed this thread of 740 (and counting) exact same cases discontinued by DCB Legal, and instead of joining that list of discontinuances, you paid a parking firm money at Mediation? Oh no!

They ALWAYS discontinue UKPC cases.
You will be wasting your time at POPLA but that is parked within the bay (the bay is hatched for access reasons and is wider for the driver, so having children with her she was entitled to use the extra space available and IMHO she parked just fine).
You just can't win on appeal because it's bent ...but who cares?
Don't go paying another one!
My goodness I am sad to hear someone paid at mediation when our advice is clearly not to (except a nominal fiver or tenner perhaps).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
