Manchester airport drop off forgot to pay within 24 hours

Hi, sorry I’m finding it really difficult to find the correct template. Basically I dropped off my parents at 4am and went to work thinking I’d pay once I got to work and then completely forgot. I remembered the next day and tried to login to pay but no option to pay a longer date. Please could somebody post the correct appeals letter for me. I was there for less than 3 minutes and was willing to pay the £5 drop off charge but because I genuinely forgot they now want £60.

Just read the Airport Drop Off Group thread. We started it to stop repeat threads with repeat advice.
We won't link it because the main aim of this board is showing new posters how to hop around the parking forum, use the resources & search function and easily win. I don't link threads that take half a second to search for.
Easy stuff. Search for the thread.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Do not pay it and do not state who was driving.

I did the same at Luton airport; I paid, but for a later time period, and then appealed when I received my fine letter. My appeal worked, and I did not have to pay the fine. Good luck3
