Having booked the appointment, I received an email confirmation and it shows as a banner when I log in to my account using a web browser. Then last Wednesday they sent me another text message:
Hi John, we haven't heard from you yet. Your meter still needs attention - it'll lose its smart connectivity. Book your appointment for a replacement:
Just have see whether they turn up at the appointed time.0 -
