So under Postage preferences in Settings, click through to options to enable or disable.

I shall leave it enabled as the more couriers the better. I did turn it off about 2 weeks ago on Vinted as the lockers were struggling but will re enable it when my holiday settings come off next  week.

I’m lucky as my yodel drop shop also takes Inpost parcels . I do however opt to print my labels rather than use a QR code, a lot of the issues seem to be with QR code items being left in lockers and wrongly labelled by courier.

Hello mate, for me it's all on my doorstep, so I see the lockers regularly get full. And people are looking for the next location and trying to scan QR codes, then having to manually type the barcodes, so for me personally, as it's Christmas, I can be in and out in 2 minutes and track the location in the Royal Mail app, so I prefer it. I may enable once the rush has died off.  Hope you're ok and keeping busy. 👍

I used to use InPost all the time and they were great, especially as I drove right past one on my way to work at 6.15am when there was literally nobody else around to get in my way (or me in theirs)!

Unfortunately, by the end, the amount of lockers with faulty or unresponsive interfaces, or remaining full for days forced me to to switch to RM for everything, despite the higher cost, because eBays postage police don't care if all 3 lockers within 5 miles of you won't accept your parcel for 3-4 days despite it being completely out of your control. So I have no desire to move back again.

I used to do the same with printed labels in document wallets, what I didn't realise though is that the first thing Inpost did when they collect the parcels is stick their own label over the top of the customers label.

I only found this out when I shipped 3 parcels one day, and all 3 customers reported their parcels had the wrong contents inside, whereas others didn't recieve anything. When I asked them to send me the photos of the shipping labels on the parcel, it showed their address, but on a parcel I didn't recognise, others were clearly my parcel (packing style etc.) but deliverd to the wrong customer.  When I then asked them to cut the document wallet and slide my address label out from under the stuck on inpost label, the name and address were completely different!

After much struggle with customer service, It turned out the locker collector had got his labels out of sync on the whole locker contents. so my first parcel got the previosus locker users address sticker stuck over mine, my second parcel got my first customers address, the third parcel got my second customers address, and my third parcel had the next locker users customer stuck over my label.
Apparently the collectors checks were less than thorough!🤦‍♂️

Suffice to say, that took some sorting out!  :#

I haven’t seen a mention of the new pricing structure yet, admittedly I haven’t really looked. As soon as that is easily available we should know how costs will look when this is implemented in January.

Price hike will probably be in April so unless there's a strike between now and then it should stay as is.

Yes I believe most of it will go into decline.  I messaged them this year as to who maintains and cleans, the locations as my local ones were covered in flyers stickers from labelling. Looking grubby no response until I see a van arriving and washing the units down some two months later, prior to that it hadn't even been looked at for two years. Germ fest those screens use the App for opening, and checking availability.
