Hi . I’ve received parking charge from Apcoa Stansted express . The mail was received on 3rd of November when I traveled abroad for a month.
my partner put the letter away and when I got back I couldn’t appeal.
now I received letter from drp asking for £170.
I read the megathread and I understand to ignore it.
could I reverse the decision back to apcoa and then appeal right to them with the template or is it too late?
