Appointee UC

When UC application is completed. Which section to leave message in about transferring ESA credits over and notifying of being in receipt of PIP?

Which section to use to introduce to UC as appointee?

    Put the message on the journal by clicking “make a journal entry” then put it under “message for work coach.”

    There’s now an option on the UC application form to state you’re completing it on behalf of someone else as you’re their Appointee - however it should automatically flag anyway.
